About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join a brand-new AI product designed to revolutionize pipeline management and sales efficiency. You will be the first boots on the ground in the EMEA region, building the sales machine from scratch and owning the French market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the entire sales funnel, from cold outreach and lead generation to closing deals.
- →Drive the launch of the product across EMEA, with a specific focus on the French market.
- →Work with Product and Leadership to refine the value proposition and co-create sales playbooks.
- →Educate the market on our new AI product, selling a vision of the future of work.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early-stage environment (Series A or earlier).
- ✓Native in French and full fluency in English.
- ✓Experience with key CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.
- ✓Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support sales reps.
- ✓A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
