About the Role
We are looking for two EMEA Founding Account Executives to join a brand-new, standalone AI product designed to revolutionize pipeline management and sales efficiency. This is not a traditional AE role; you will be the first boots on the ground for this product in EMEA, building the machine from scratch and owning the German market fully.
Key Responsibilities
- →Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales funnel, hunting, prospecting, qualifying, and closing your own deals.
- →Market Expansion: Drive the launch across EMEA, focusing on the German market and contributing to growing the rest of Europe.
- →Co-create the Playbook: Work directly with Product and Leadership to refine our value proposition, selling a product that is evolving in real-time.
- →Evangelize AI: Educate the market on our new AI product, moving beyond features to sell a vision of the future of work.
Requirements
- ✓The Builder Mindset: Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early-stage environment (Series A or earlier). Selling to sales leaders is a plus.
- ✓Outbound DNA: A prospector at heart, not afraid to pick up the phone or craft a creative cold-outreach strategy.
- ✓Linguistic Excellence: Native in German and full fluency in English.
- ✓Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity and prefer a blank slate to a rigid corporate process.
- ✓Tech stack: Knowledge of key CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce) and comfort leveraging new AI tools supporting sales reps.
- ✓Closing Grit: A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
