About the Role
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Senior AI Software Engineer to join our growing engineering department and be part of our engineering teams. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven features that add customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own key responsibilities in the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven modules
- →Propose innovative solutions by staying ahead of AI landscape trends and emerging technologies
- →Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably
- →Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real-world problems
- →Work with your team to design solutions and be accountable for their execution
- →Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams
- →Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures
- →Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues
Requirements
- ✓At least 5+ years experience in software development, using TypeScript & NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails
- ✓Strong knowledge of LLMs and hands-on experience building with them
- ✓Proven understanding and direct experience with Agentic AI systems
- ✓Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen)
- ✓Experience working on frontend applications is a plus
- ✓Value code simplicity, quality, performance and maintainability
- ✓Effective and proactive communication skills
