Key Responsibilities :
AI Agent Development & Automation
β’
Partner with Finance and HR stakeholders to map, document, and prioritise workflows that can be automated with AI agents.
β’
Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows that interact with browsers, internal APIs, ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite), and HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR).
β’
Design and operate MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers that can be called by AI Agents to act on corporate systems.
β’
Build proprietary agent libraries, prompting strategies, and benchmarking frameworks tailored to corporate use cases.
AI Engineering & Integration
β’
Develop and maintain integrations between AI agents and corporate SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
β’
Develop custom JavaScript (SuiteScript) for NetSuite to build and automate workflows, scripts, and integrations within the ERP platform.
β’
Prototype, test, and optimize AI-powered applications including workflow automation for Finance and HR.
β’
Leverage strong fluency in Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI APIs to build robust, production-ready AI solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
β’
Translate complex business processes (month-end close, payroll, onboarding, compliance reporting) into clear technical specifications.
β’
Provide technical documentation and training to facilitate adoption of AI solutions by non-technical Finance and HR teams.
β’
Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, Legal, and Engineering teams.
β’
Stay current on advancements in AI technologies and evangelize AI capabilities internally across Aircall.
Qualifications :
β’
3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year working directly on AI/ML-powered applications.
β’
Fluency in AI tooling, in particular Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI APIs.
β’
Proficiency in languages: Javascript, Python
β’
Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
β’
Demonstrated experience integrating with ERP or HRIS platforms (e.g. NetSuite, Workday, SAP, BambooHR) or similar corporate SaaS tools.
β’
Solid understanding of Finance and/or HR processes: procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, payroll cycles, employee lifecycle, compliance reporting.
β’
High degree of ownership and comfort in experimental, fast-moving environments.
β’
Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into production-ready AI solutions end-to-end.
β’ Fluent English
Would be a plus:

Experience working in a Corporate IT, Business Systems, or IT Business Partner role.
β’
Exposure to internal audit, SOX compliance, or financial controls automation.
β’
Excellent communication skills β able to explain complex AI concepts to Finance and HR audiences.
β’
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
β’
Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus given our Paris and Madrid offices.
