About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue team at Aircall. You will be our primary Solutions Engineer in LATAM, with the opportunity to impact our team and customers from day one. The Solutions Engineering Team operates at the intersection of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product, providing technical knowledge to help teams achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with local sales directors, Account Executives (AEs), and Account Managers (AMs) during the sales process and throughout the customer lifecycle
- →Provide technical product expertise, especially in integration, respond to RFIs and RFPs, and help customers design and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- →Focus on integrations, APIs, and webhooks to bring value to the team by mapping customer processes and tools
- →Set up POCs with clients, providing technical and network expertise in pre-sales activities
- →Champion the product roadmap internally and externally with Revenue teams and prospects
- →Build internal documentation on workflows and empower teams with technical expertise
- →Work with third-party Partners and resellers to enable technical complex implementations
- →Contribute to the developer platform with materials, solutions, and services for the client community
Requirements
- ✓Thrive by understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle and enjoy diving into the details of their use cases
- ✓Curious but always critical, with a focus on understanding the 'why' behind daily conversations
- ✓Live in the nexus between business, sales, and technology
- ✓Have a basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Ruby, Go, Python) and concepts of web servers and databases
- ✓Have a proven track record of managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds
- ✓Have previous expertise as a Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer or have been the go-to person for technical questions in a tech company
- ✓Fluent in both Spanish and English
