About the Role
We are looking for an Apartment Community Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This role involves directing operations, sales, finances, and team development for our apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
- →Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
- →Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
- →Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in property management
- ✓Strong leadership and team development skills
- ✓Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- ✓Financial management and budgeting experience
- ✓Knowledge of legal standards and company policies
