About the Role
We are looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer Lead to own our marketing website end to end. You will design, build, and ship all aspects of our website, including landing pages, product pages, campaign microsites, and interactive experiences. This is a high-impact role at a company building a brand new category in AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the AirOps marketing website end to end: design, development, and ongoing optimization in Webflow
- →Support the team by tackling day-to-day requests and educating others on Webflow
- →Optimize for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO + AEO best practices
- →Integrate AI tools and MCPs into your workflow to move faster and do more
- →Monitor page performance and iterate based on real data
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience designing and building marketing websites, with deep expertise in Webflow
- ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design skill and technical Webflow execution
- ✓Ability to work autonomously from concept through launch with minimal direction
- ✓Experience building responsive, performant sites with clean, maintainable Webflow structures
- ✓Comfort working in Figma for design collaboration and in Webflow for production
- ✓Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how site architecture impacts discoverability
- ✓Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style
- ✓Experience with animation tools (Lottie, GSAP, native Webflow interactions) is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (analytics, forms, CMS APIs) into Webflow is a plus
