About the Role

We are looking for a Business Advisor to join Airtable's expanding EMEA team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand their business needs and mapping them to Airtable solutions. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure long-term success for customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the full sales cycle for your book of business across Northern Europe
→Leverage MEDDICC and Command of the Message to qualify deals and build champions
→Educate customers on Airtable’s Connected Applications Platform
→Partner with Customer Success Managers and other teams to grow and renew accounts
→Build relationships with senior stakeholders across industries
→Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

✓7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
✓4+ years selling into the Enterprise segment
✓Strong track-record of overachieving quota
✓Experience with complex deals and named accounts
✓Ability to expand initial use-cases across teams
✓Comfortable managing high-level stakeholders
✓Trained in MEDDICC and/or Command of the Message
✓Growth mindset and passion for the product space
