About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Airwallex, a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses. This role will focus on upselling, cross-selling, and building relationships with SME customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build deep relationships with portfolio customers to understand their needs and provide value-based solutions
- →Advocate for Airwallex and ensure SME customers are using services to their full potential
- →Achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outputs
- →Forecast and build out a pipeline within Salesforce to track business success
- →Build relationships with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and help build product roadmaps
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology/Fintech relationships with SME accounts
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication in English
- ✓Experience with complex sales, comfortable selling to C-level executives
- ✓Ability to build meaningful, collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to converse with people of all backgrounds
- ✓Problem-solving skills to find creative solutions and simplify complexity
- ✓Success-oriented with accountability for delivering key outcomes and revenue targets
- ✓Technically minded with prior experience in API B2B sales or account management
