About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join the Marketing team at Airwallex, a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses. This role will own the visual execution of marketing and product initiatives across digital channels, partnering closely with marketing, growth, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design high-quality creative assets for digital marketing channels, including paid media, website, and landing pages
- →Translate briefs, concepts, and performance insights into clear, compelling visual designs
- →Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Product teams to support launches, campaigns, and experiments
- →Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems
- →Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- →Ensure all creative is on-brand, accessible, and optimized for each channel
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Creative Designer
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and performance creative for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Display, etc.
- ✓Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, Video cut tools, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- ✓Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or tech products
- ✓Strong understanding of design for conversion
- ✓Ability to take ownership from concept to execution
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
