About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional People Operations Lead to join our London office and lead people operations excellence across the EMEA region. This high-impact role involves managing the EMEA People Operations team while serving as a subject matter expert to the Global People Ops organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop the EMEA-based People Operations team, fostering a culture of care and high performance
- →Serve as an expert on operationalizing employment law and compliance across European jurisdictions
- →Drive operational excellence by identifying service gaps and implementing innovative solutions
- →Handle complex cases and escalations requiring senior expertise

- →Partner strategically with key stakeholders including People Technology, Legal, and Total Rewards
- →Use data to monitor performance and make evidence-based recommendations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of HR experience with substantial exposure to EU employment frameworks
- ✓Extensive knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements across multiple European countries
- ✓Track record of implementing AI, automation, or service delivery technologies
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Leadership experience balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
- ✓Ability to translate complex legal and operational requirements into simple guidelines
- ✓Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity while building foundational processes
