About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our European team at Airwallex. This role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Talk to customers directly, listen to their needs, and explain the benefits of Airwallex
- →Focus on great customer experience by being empathetic, transparent, and resolving issues quickly
- →Communicate effectively on the phone and via email, breaking down complex ideas into simple concepts
- →Prioritize time and tasks effectively, pick up new systems and processes quickly, and maintain a keen eye for detail
- →Work collaboratively with diverse global teams to solve problems
- →Solve problems using critical thinking and demonstrate a history of working with complex systems
- →Influence and optimize customer support processes and systems
Requirements
- ✓2+ years’ experience in inside sales and/or customer support
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required, with a secondary language being a plus
- ✓Zendesk (or similar support tools) experience preferred
- ✓Fraud experience preferred
- ✓Payments experience preferred
- ✓Work hours: 9am - 6pm
