About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join Airwallex, a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses. This role will support sales and customer success teams through account handover management, sales incentives management, and client-facing materials preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Streamline and maintain the account handover process between Field/Mid-Market Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers
- →Perform data cleansing and analysis to support the design and execution of sales incentive programs for the SME team
- →Develop and maintain streamlined documentation for incentive schemes to ensure clear communication across teams
- →Prepare and update client-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports, to support the sales team
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university
- ✓3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- ✓Experience in a large-scale technology or financial services company is highly preferred
- ✓Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
