About the Role
Airwallex is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Data+AI Infra team in Singapore. This role involves developing and maintaining data infrastructure, incorporating technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Spark, and creating tooling to empower engineering teams with self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design of DevOps strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve cloud infrastructure optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- →Manage Data and AI infrastructure across multiple countries, ensuring stability and agility.
- →Develop observability and detection capabilities to decrease problem discovery time.
- →Build consensus among DevOps Engineers across geographies about tools and practices, evolving them into agreed standards.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
- ✓Data streaming engineering experience with platforms like Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
- ✓Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Golang, or Java).
- ✓Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or engineering-related majors.
