About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for the AMER region to drive strategic growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding relationships within existing large accounts. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on new logo acquisition and increasing customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and winning new enterprise logos in the AMER region
- →Grow revenue within existing enterprise customers by uncovering new use cases and upselling additional services
- →Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
- →Become an expert in Aiven’s platform and articulate its business value
- →Qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and manage complex sales cycles
- →Work closely with Marketing, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering teams
- →Stay informed on industry trends and provide feedback to Aiven’s product and leadership teams
- →Exceed sales quotas and KPIs
Requirements
- ✓5 to 10+ years of success in enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales
- ✓Proven track record of overachievement against multimillion-dollar targets
- ✓Experience engaging senior technical and business leaders
- ✓Skilled in outcome-based selling and Challenger Sales methodology
- ✓Hands-on experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks
- ✓Familiarity with open-source technologies, data infrastructure, and cloud services
- ✓Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- ✓Self-driven, entrepreneurial approach with a high-performance mindset
