About the Role
Ajax Systems is seeking a Technical Business Development Specialist to join their global team. This role involves supporting business development managers, conducting technical presentations, and promoting Ajax product solutions to distributors and installers.
Key Responsibilities
- βAssist technically business development manager for customer meetings
- βConduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product
- βPresent new products and features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers
- βTeach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge
- βPromote and introduce product solutions with technical consultation
- βPerform market research and comparative analysis of competitor products
- βDevelop long-term relationships with key partners
- βBeta test product features and write technical documentation
- βAnalyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department
Requirements
- βUniversity Degree in IT or electronic engineering
- βProfessional experience with Alarm Systems, video surveillance, and security
- βExcellent working knowledge of Alarm systems and IP CCTV
- βExperience in installing or designing security systems
- βExperience in training delivery or public speaking (advantage)
- βStrong communication skills
- βAvailable to travel across the region
- βOutgoing personality, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
