About the Role
Ajax Systems, Europe’s largest security system manufacturer, is seeking a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing Fire&Safety business part. We have launched a revolutionary commercial fire alarm system for the European market and plan to expand it globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- →Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements
- →Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Video
- →Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges
- →Perform analysis of competitors
- →Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and are compliant with the main product goals
- →Aid in testing of a product
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies
- ✓Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical skills
- ✓Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements
- ✓Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form
- ✓Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
- ✓Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices
- ✓Advanced knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats
- ✓Understanding of web and mobile application development processes
- ✓Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills
