Key Responsibilities
- βGathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements for web products / pages.
- βParticipating in research involving end-users, partners and internal teams by conducting interviews and analyzing feedback and business requests.
- βTranslating business needs into clear specifications: user stories, use cases, flows, and acceptance criteria.
- βCreating TORs for web-pages and web tools, ensuring up-to-date technical documentation throughout the project.
- βCollaborating with product managers to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- βWorking closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements are correctly reflected in user flows and interfaces.
- βSupporting development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and managing changes.
- βConducting presentations, demos, coordination meetings, and presenting completed work to the customer.
- βParticipating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
- βValidating implemented features against requirements and business goals.
- βAnalysing website performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
- βSupporting launches of new features and improvements, including post-launch analysis.
- βAid in testing of a product.
Requirements
- βExperience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in digital or tech projects.
- βStrong ability to structure information and work with complex systems and requirements.
- βAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and align different perspectives.
- βExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- βStrong written and verbal communication skills.
- βHigh attention to detail and ownership mindset.
