About the Role
Ajax Systems, a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge wireless security systems, is seeking a German Technical Support Engineer to join our dedicated support team. You will assist customers worldwide, providing round-the-clock assistance through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat
- →Investigate and troubleshoot client issues related to our products and services
- →Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary
- →Document and track customer interactions and problems using our CRM system
- →Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of the basics of physics and electrical engineering
- ✓Intermediate or higher level of German proficiency
- ✓Experience in customer communication
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus
- ✓A degree in tech/engineering is a plus
