About the Role
We are looking for a Global Admin Tech Lead to join our team at Ajax Systems, a leading European manufacturer of security systems. This role will help in setting up infrastructure at existing and new locations, ensuring quality and proactive management.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage infrastructure projects: launching new locations, modernization, and reconstructions
- βCoordinate the work of local technical maintenance teams
- βDevelop and implement global technical standards, procedures, and KPIs
- βMonitor preventive and emergency technical maintenance
- βPlan and control the budget for technical infrastructure
- βManage contractors and suppliers, control SLA and service quality
- βAnalyze risks, incidents, and ensure business continuity
Requirements
- β8+ years of experience in managing technical infrastructure in a production environment
- βExperience in managing infrastructure in distributed locations
- βExpertise in HVAC, electrical supply, and other engineering systems
- βExperience in managing large infrastructure projects
- βExperience in team management
- βKnowledge of technical standards and safety requirements
- βEnglish - Intermediate
