About the Role
Ajax Systems is seeking a Global Business Development professional to join their international team. This role involves managing CRM leads, partner portal results, and distributor events to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage CRM leads, including analysis and follow-up
- βOversee partner portal quarterly results with analysis and follow-up
- βHandle distributor events from invitations to feedback collection
- βQualify and track leads from Ajax events
- βMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote solutions
- βRespond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
- βBuild and maintain customer relationships
- βMaintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
- βCollaborate with departments for seamless customer experience
- βProvide regular performance updates to management
- βManage sales database including orders, payments, and forecasts
- βPrepare sales proposals and materials
- βCoordinate sales event demonstrations
- βMeet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- βProven experience in inside sales, preferably B2B
- βStrong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2) and French (native)
- βGoal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
- βAbility to build long-term customer relationships
- βProficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- βSelf-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
