About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team at Ajax Systems, the largest European developer and manufacturer of security systems with smart home capabilities. This role involves ensuring the quality of our cloud infrastructure and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork with low-level binary protocols
- βWork with real and emulated devices
- βUnderstand complex server architecture
- βPerform root cause analysis for bugs
- βMaintain test documentation
- βAnalyze technical documentation
- βPerform various types of testing
- βWrite quality bug reports and manage bug lifecycle
Requirements
- βTechnical background
- βUnderstanding of client-server architecture
- βKnowledge of QA processes, test design techniques, and SDLC
- βAbility to write test documentation and bug reports
- βBasic knowledge of networks
- βKnowledge of API and its testing methods
- βBasic knowledge of SQL
- βBasic knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail
