About the Role
Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company and the largest European manufacturer of security systems, is seeking an Operational Manager to join the business development department. This role will support the team in various administrative and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide administrative and/or technical support in contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
- βAssist the business development manager in increasing sales volumes.
- βRegister and transfer contracts for the business development manager, prepare presentations, work in 1Π‘ and the task manager Jira.
- βManage the process of shipping goods to customers in collaboration with logistics and production departments.
- βProvide support to the business development manager in developing new and expanding existing customer relationships as needed.
- βRespond to customer inquiries.
- βBuild strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service.
- βDevelop in-depth knowledge of all customer systems used.
Requirements
- βSecondary specialized or higher education (preferred fields: economics, logistics, administration).
- βSoft skills: attention to numbers and order, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, result orientation, understanding the importance of providing the highest level of service.
- βHard skills: experience working with ERP systems (1Π‘, SAP, Comarch ERP will be an advantage), confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
- βPrevious experience with customers and documentation management.
