About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our production team at Ajax Systems, a leading European manufacturer of security systems trusted by over 4.5 million users in 180 countries. This role focuses on finding and hiring technical/engineering candidates for our growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- βSearch and select candidates in technical/engineering fields
- βOrganize the full cycle of personnel selection (resume screening, phone interviews, interviews, sending job offers, candidate support during registration)
- βMeet quality and quantity indicators
- βTake high-quality requests for candidate searches
- βWork with internal customers
- βProvide feedback at all stages of the interview
- βMaintain reporting in CRM
Requirements
- βExperience in closing vacancies for at least 2 years
- βKnowledge of the main channels for finding specialists
- βResult-oriented, flexibility, ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, proactivity
- βDeveloped communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to handle objections
