We are looking for an Advanced Sourcing Specialist to join our new recruitment team at Ajax Systems, the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe. This role focuses on building and maintaining talent pipelines for advanced global roles.
Key Responsibilities
- βPerform advanced sourcing, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline for existing and future openings
- βExplore new ways and approaches in sourcing, finding untapped pools of talent
- βOwn a recruitment tech stack including ATS (Lever), LinkedIn, and contact info databases
- βPartner closely with the global recruitment team
Requirements
- β0.5+ years of experience in sourcing
- βStrong research skills, both directly related to sourcing and general research abilities
- βPersistency and ability to sift through large amounts of information
- βAnalytical mindset
- βEnglish skills (B1+)
