About the Role
Ajax Systems is an international technology company and the largest European developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities. We are seeking a Network Technology Specialist to join our R&D team, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation, and QA.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeep knowledge of network technologies (TCP, UDP)
- βExpertise in WiFi technology, including different generations, authentication, and understanding of MCS, QAM, MIMO, MU-MIMO, TWT, BSS Coloring, AMPDU, AMSDU, beamforming, STBC, OFDMA
- βExperience managing wpa_supplicant, iw, ip, hostaptd
- βProficiency in Linux, including structure, process hierarchy, CLI usage, embedded Linux, and driver work
- βTheory and practice of testing process management, including creating high-level test documentation, testing methodologies, RCA, and team workload planning
Requirements
- βSuccessful experience in building cross-team communications
- βExperience working in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
- βAbility to work in dynamic conditions with changing requirements and approaches
- βAbility to build cause-and-effect relationships
- βAbility to research non-obvious problems and out-of-box problem-solving approach
