This position is based in Paris, within Akuo’s IT/OT & Digital Department, at the heart of the Operational Technology (OT) team. This team plays a critical role in the design, deployment and long‑term reliability of control and monitoring systems for Akuo’s renewable power plants worldwide.
As Akuo continues to scale, the OT function is undergoing a major transformation, evolving into a structured organization built around three complementary pillars:
• Delivery, driving OT integration from project development through construction and plant commissioning,
• Operations, ensuring performance, reliability and lifecycle management of assets in operation,
• Project Management, providing end‑to‑end governance of OT initiatives across the Group.Joining as an OT Project Manager, you will take on a strategic and transversal role, with direct exposure to complex international projects and high‑impact technical decisions.
Your role: ownership, coordination and delivery
From the earliest stages of a project, you will be a key contributor to OT strategy and execution:
• You get involved upstream, supporting project structuring, preliminary studies and OT cost estimates, working closely with local teams and senior technical experts.
• You take ownership of OT contractual frameworks, adapting them for clients and subsidiaries while ensuring alignment with Akuo’s standards.
• You drive projects end‑to‑end: leading kick‑offs, structuring robust project plans (timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, billing milestones) and contributing to technical specifications.
• You act as a central interface, coordinating internal and external IT/OT experts and working closely with integrators, contractors, grid operators and suppliers.
• You establish clear governance and reporting, ensuring reliable follow‑up of milestones, validations and associated payments.
• You secure a smooth handover to Operations, guaranteeing quality deliverables and operational readiness.Beyond new projects, you will also lead revamping and compliance initiatives on existing power plants, addressing hardware obsolescence and technological upgrades — from cost estimation and planning to stakeholder coordination.
