To achieve this ambition, we're looking to strengthen our commercial team. 🕵️ YOUR MISSION Your main missions will be: 1. Owning the sales cycle from beginning to end - Identify strategic targets in the Public sector and prospect when needed - Prepare for and meet with prospects ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders) - Respond to relevant RfPs - there is an important written and project management part - Prepare for and participate in oral presentations - Post-win, oversee Alan's deployment in collaborations with Key Account Manager and ensure admins and members high satisfaction 2. Continuous improvement - Contribute to shaping the playbook through creative problem-solving and pioneering new approaches - Support the team in standardizing and industrializing our RfP response process to increase efficiency and win rates - Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Alan's public sector strategy, consolidating RfP debriefs, client expectations, and competitive differentiators - Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to ensure Alan's offerings remain competitive and tailored to Public accounts - Share information, debriefs, and lessons learned with the Public Sector team to drive collective improvement - CRM: contribute to building the appropriate set-up in Salesforce to track sales activity of public segment and ensure proper hygiene for the entire team THE ALAN WAY OF SELLING We've developed the Alan Smart & Soft selling method [Upgrade to PRO to see link] - Smart: Leverage precise messaging and materials to educate and inspire - Soft: Create tailored, high-touch strategies for each prospect - Experience: Deliver a seamless journey that reflects Alan's customer-first approach BEYOND SALES As an Alan team member, you'll: - Shape our product evolution - Contribute to improving our methods and strategy - Participate in growth initiatives - Be part of a collaborative team that thinks big ⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
