About the Role

We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience to join our Claims Management team at Alan. This role involves building complex systems that handle healthcare claims processing, document processing, claims experience, payments, and fraud fighting across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain systems that process €350M+ in healthcare expenses annually
→Develop applications for claims experience across mobile and desktop platforms
→Create payment infrastructure for fast refunds to members
→Implement fraud detection systems using machine learning
→Work with LLMs for document processing automation

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience building web applications
✓Experience with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment
✓Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#)
✓Familiarity with modern web technologies
✓English working proficiency
✓Passion for healthcare technology and AI applications
