About the Role
We are seeking a Project Management Office Manager to drive the successful implementation of the EPMO team's strategy, services, and deliverables. This role will establish frameworks and standards for Project and Program Management while supporting the delivery and monitoring of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take end-to-end ownership for the identification, development, prioritization, and implementation of strategic projects and programs
- →Establish frameworks to manage initiatives, including methodologies, tools, and organizational structures
- →Prioritize initiatives for implementation and ensure alignment with the strategy
- →Determine key steps and milestones for implementing initiatives in coordination with Business Owners
- →Identify interdependencies between initiatives and manage risks and escalation
- →Report project progress, achievements, interdependencies, risks, and challenges to Management
- →Manage EPMO manpower for initiatives and conduct regular planning and allocation
- →Set priorities for tasks and categorize them according to established standards
- →Maintain organizational structure and roles within the initiative's ecosystem
- →Provide support to business owners in improving project plans and initiative artifacts
- →Review quality, performance reports, and perform Quality Assurance on deliverables
- →Evaluate EPMO staff regularly and support their career planning
- →Manage change requests and ensure adherence to approved policies
- →Define training needs for initiative teams and monitor training effectiveness
- →Support delivery and monitoring of ad hoc strategic projects
- →Conduct research, analysis, and strategic activities with the Strategy team
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Project Management Office role
- ✓Experience managing the complete lifecycle of projects with teams of 5 to 25 people
- ✓Experience in managing PMO in the Real Estate sector or corporate departments in a holding structure
- ✓Proven track record of leading implementations from ideation to post-closing
- ✓Experience in disciplines such as CX, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Data, Innovation, and Process Improvement
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business management or other relevant fields
