<p>JOB PURPOSE</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Manage overall delivery of individual property developments & infrastructure projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE standards</p>
<p> </p>
<p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Manage project team and ensure project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are met</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Coordinate activities of contractors / PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify status</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Review, expand and refine initial high-level plan and budget developed by Project Control during feasibility phase and review against project schedule and budget</p>
<p>Ensure project is progressing according to plan and generate progress reports with the support of Project Control</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Liaise with Procurement to ensure that all contracts required to complete the project are in place and provide input on project scoping effort</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Provide input into project design phase if and when required</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Identify budget and schedule deviations, issues and risks, assess impact and define action plans in coordination with Planning & Control and seek Project Director approval</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Liaise with Design to assess and address design issues (i.e. change orders)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Follow-up with Government Relations/PMC to obtain required permits and licenses</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Proactively discourage variations and mitigate cost and schedule impact and review</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Manage all constructability issues and liaise with relevant parties to address them</p>
<p>Ensure onsite filing, control and maintenance of project design and execution documents</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Manage project contracts and ensure project compliance with terms and conditions</p>
<p>Perform final handover to asset operator</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ensure project abides by HSE policies and guidelines</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Perform project close out and obtain stakeholders approvals</p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE</p>
<p>RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Min of 12+ experience in PM, with at least 5 years in senior project oversight position</p>
<p> </p>
<p>YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION :</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Min of 4+ years in a related managerial position</p>
<p> </p>
<p>FIELD OF EXPERIENCE</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Proven experience of managing construction for developments with CAPEX >1billion AED.</p>
<p>Knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market</p>
<p>Proven expertise in contractor management</p>
<p> </p>
<p>TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS</p>
<p> </p>
<p>HSE champion with a proven track record</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Excellent project management skills</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Full understanding of construction industry and all related technical components</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Identify risks by implementing Risk management plan in terms of quantifying risk, managing and monitor/mitigate risks issues</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ability in implementing and monitoring QA/QC</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Capable of managing project timelines, costs, and prioritize projects tasks.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ability to implement project plans to execute project deliverables and monitor/control the same.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ability to manage small teams of at least 5 people</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ability to manage more than one project at a time; plan & execute as per project schedule/budget</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Strong conflict resolution and management skills for resolving conflicts on the field</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ability to plan, execute and manage tasks as per project schedule and budget</p>
<p>QUALIFICATION</p>
<p>Bachelor degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent</p>
<p>MBA, PMP or technical post-graduate degree is preferred</p>
