About the Role
We are seeking a Director of MSSP Quality to lead cross-functional operational initiatives across Provider Networks and Product. This role focuses on ensuring comprehensive data integrity and optimal performance in Quality reporting through strategic oversight of MSSP quality initiatives and day-to-day operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and manage day-to-day operations of the MSSP Quality program with inter-team coordination
- →Conduct in-depth policy research with regulatory team to provide timely guidance on MSSP strategy
- →Analyze industry trends to maintain leadership position in the sector
- →Develop strategies for MSSP Quality performance in PY2026, PY2027 and beyond
- →Lead strategic development for risk mitigation strategies in MSSP quality
- →Report to senior leaders on current status and key issues for all ACOs
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- →Collect cross-functional feedback to support process improvement
- →Adapt to evolving organizational needs by taking on additional duties as necessary
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in relevant field
- ✓Expertise and at least 2+ years experience in HEDIS Quality-related work, preferably including Medicare Shared Savings Program
- ✓Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
- ✓Expert-level understanding of MSSP quality program policies and measures
- ✓Experience with sophisticated analytic methods and tools (SQL, etc.) preferred
- ✓Technical experience with EHR integrations or other data source integrations preferred
- ✓Expertise in healthcare policy preferred
