About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager for the Quality zone to lead the translation of clinical and quality goals into technical vision and execution strategy. This role involves managing a BI team focused on driving insights across the Quality ecosystem and ensuring accurate measurement of patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive strategic impact by partnering with senior leaders to translate regulatory and clinical needs into technical roadmaps
- →Develop and mentor a high-performing team of BI professionals through coaching and career development
- →Champion excellence and collaboration through agile processes and cross-functional partnerships
- →Own the BI vision and roadmap for the Quality domain through quarterly planning and stakeholder alignment
- →Deliver actionable insights through interactive dashboards, executive reports, and presentations on quality measurement
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in business intelligence
- ✓3+ years of managerial experience
- ✓Deep expertise in healthcare quality measurement frameworks like NQF, eCQMs, MA STARs, HEDIS, and MIPS
- ✓Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics roadmaps
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau
- ✓Extensive experience analyzing complex healthcare data within a value-based care framework
- ✓Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for distilling analytical findings
- ✓Expertise in data warehousing principles and scalable data modeling concepts
- ✓Proven ability to lead an analytics team within an agile framework
