We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of individual contributors in the development of technology that saves lives and improves mental and physical health for millions of people. This role focuses on delivering high business impact on projects of increasing dependencies and ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
- ✓10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead building highly scalable and reliable software.
- ✓5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- ✓Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- ✓Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable platform architectures.
- ✓Experience leading the design, development, and deployment of robust front-end platforms for web applications.
