About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves providing architectural guidance across Salesforce products and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
- →Provide architectural guidance and define technical roadmaps for current and future states
- →Mentor development teams and provide technical support throughout all project stages
- →Manage integrations with upstream/downstream systems and third-party services
- →Define and document architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications
- →Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience
- ✓Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, or Application Architect preferred
- ✓Experience with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Force.com IDE, SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP, REST, SQL, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce tools, DevOps practices, and modern development frameworks
- ✓Experience with database design, middleware concepts, user interface development, and third-party integrations
- ✓Ability to solve technical problems and guide project teams in architectural design
