About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver new technology solutions to support Aledade’s practice customers and value-based care business. This role involves working alongside business owners, data analysts, designers, and engineers to define project goals and ensure high-quality product development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space and articulate this perspective.
- →Optimize live user workflows and capabilities by monitoring key metrics and user feedback.
- →Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform thoughtful solution design.
- →Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing business rationale and success criteria.
- →Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS products.
- ✓Track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
- ✓Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- ✓Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.
- ✓Product development experience in healthcare technology.
- ✓Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards.
- ✓Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets.
- ✓Experience with EHR, practice management, or population health products.
- ✓Experience in healthcare interoperability standards and integration protocols.
- ✓Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience.
- ✓Industry knowledge of value-based care and alternative payment models.
