About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Data & Infrastructure to report to the CTO and lead technical strategy. This executive role requires strong technical leadership to drive business impact across complex projects while building and managing a world-class remote engineering team based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

→Balance short and long-term business impact through decisive build-buy-partner strategies
→Develop outstanding engineering teams through world-class hiring and actionable feedback
→Set aggressive yet clear goals and remove roadblocks for team achievement
→Build strong cross-functional relationships to increase team impact across organizations
→Collaborate with company-wide engineering leaders to drive engineering excellence
→Oversee an organization of 80-100 engineers working on data infrastructure projects

Requirements

✓BS or higher in Computer Science or related field
✓8+ years building and leading highly complex technical engineering teams
✓10+ years production-level experience building scalable, reliable software
✓Experience developing multi-year vision with quarterly deliverables across teams
✓Proven ability to attract, hire, and coach world-class engineers and managers
✓Demonstrated ownership of technology decisions while empowering team members
✓Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills
✓Ability to align with product objectives and coordinate cross-regional teams
✓Experience managing ML, Gen AI, SaaS, or data-focused platforms
✓Proficiency communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
✓Nice to Have
✓Working knowledge of health-tech systems like Electronic Health Records
✓AI research experience designing machine learning algorithms and models
