About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to join our sales team at Aleph, a digital advertising company representing leading platforms like TikTok, Amazon, and Google. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and acquisition in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identifying and acquiring potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico
- →Designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends
- →Building deep trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising
- →Leveraging performance data and insights to identify opportunities
- →Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 4 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development or marketing
- ✓Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- ✓Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections
- ✓Experience working with performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
- ✓Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns is desirable (ROAS, CPA, CPL)
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- ✓Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and a client-first approach
- ✓Strong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous learning attitude
- ✓Analytical rigor and attention to detail
- ✓Fluent English (required)
- ✓Required tools: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Copilot/Gemini/ChatGPT
- ✓Desirable tools: Salesforce, Google Analytics
