About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join Aleph, a digital advertising company representing leading platforms like TikTok, Amazon, and Google. This role will support our team in Cairo and help shape the future of digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure all projects are accurately recorded in the CRM
- →Manage the sales order control process
- →Handle the registration of new clients
- →Ensure the Sales Team operates in compliance with company policies
- →Maintain and regularly update CRM data
- →Collaborate with Credit Risk teams
- →Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams
- →Manage high volumes of emails, requests, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of experience in Salesforce, Sales Administration, Collections, Billing, or Finance
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
- ✓Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- ✓Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- ✓Experience with CRM or workflow tools is a plus
