About the Role
We are looking for an in-person Head of Sales to take ownership of our net-new revenue engine at Alex, an AI-powered hiring company. This is a high-momentum role in a rapidly expanding startup with record-breaking quarters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Systematize the GTM Engine by deconstructing current sales motions into a documented, repeatable playbook
- →Command the Ramp by coaching new Account Executives and ensuring they hit quota capacity
- →Scale Pipeline Generation by recruiting, hiring, and training a world-class SDR function
- →Build the In-Person Culture by setting the standard of excellence on our San Francisco sales floor
- →Drive Operational Rigor by implementing CRM hygiene, dashboarding, and weekly cadences
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of taking a startup's revenue through a massive growth inflection point
- ✓Experience guiding large cohorts of new reps through their ramp period
- ✓History of building or scaling a high-functioning outbound SDR engine
- ✓Belief in face-to-face sales cultures and thriving on the energy of an active sales floor
- ✓Alignment with Alex's operating principles: high ownership, making bets often, fiscal discipline, and customer obsession
