About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. This internship offers firsthand experience in the full-cycle recruitment process and provides a realistic job preview of talent acquisition in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport candidate sourcing efforts and corporate sourcing strategies
- βParticipate in job shadowing to gain firsthand knowledge of roles and responsibilities
- βSupport CRM data management
- βAssist with reference check coordination and documentation
- βSupport administrative recruiting responsibilities, including requisition updates and system maintenance
- βSupport the Taleo Import Project, including adding LinkedIn project folders
- βAssist with GHR audits, with exposure to pay transparency requirements
- βCreate and refine Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) to streamline recruitment processes
- βUtilize and refine Excel skills to track recruitment metrics and build insightful reports
Requirements
- βCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- βStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- βInterest in recruiting, sourcing, and HR operations
- βProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- βStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- βA proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take initiative
