About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join Algolia, a pioneer and market leader in AI Search. This role focuses on bringing AI-powered search and discovery innovations to Global 2000 organizations, guiding customers through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own, manage, and accelerate a strategic enterprise pipeline
- →Drive inbound and outbound opportunities through complex sales cycles
- →Position Algolia’s generative AI and agentic capabilities to executives
- →Develop territory and account strategies across your portfolio
- →Expand existing accounts by identifying growth opportunities
- →Generate new enterprise projects through networking and partnerships
- →Partner with Solutions Engineering to build demos and ROI analyses
- →Forecast accurately with disciplined methodologies
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution with business outcomes
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- ✓Strong track record of closing complex deals
- ✓Deep interest in generative AI and machine learning
- ✓Proven success selling into large organizations
- ✓Familiarity with technical differentiation
- ✓Strong outbound sales capability
- ✓Experience working with strategic partners
