About the Role
Alice & Bob is seeking a Chip Design Program Manager to coordinate activities across design, simulation, fabrication, integration, tests, and validation of quantum computers based on SchrΓΆdinger cat qubits. This is a leadership role in a pioneering quantum computing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- βCoordinate design, fabrication, integration, testing, and validation of quantum computers
- βFacilitate design coordination and communication between internal and external teams
- βTroubleshoot and optimize technical issues that arise
- βDevelop and execute validation plans for chips and related IP
- βManage supply chain and assembly processes with suppliers
- βOversee documentation of hardware systems
Requirements
- βMaster's degree in Engineering
- βMinimum of 10 years of experience in delivering complex hardware products
- βStrong background in project management, particularly in chip design
- βExperience with RF, fabrication processes, and simulators
- βProven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- βProficiency in English, both written and spoken
- βAbility to work with multidisciplinary teams
- βExceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
