IT Support Technician at alice-bob

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join Alice & Bob, a quantum computing startup developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. You will provide level 1 and 2 IT support to employees across multiple sites, ensuring a high level of reactive support in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Handle general IT ticketing and problem escalation
• →Support and manage IT onboarding and offboarding of employees
• →Manage setup of computers and videoconferencing equipment
• →Provide local support to users on their computers and IT infrastructure
• →Troubleshoot, diagnose and intervene on IT software and hardware issues
• →Manage the security and conformity of our devices
• →Manage the inventory of all IT assets and licenses
• →Manage IT software licenses, accounts and access rights
• →Manage IT devices and software lifecycles
• →Follow cases with support vendors
• →Create, maintain, and update the IT knowledge base
• →Identify ways to improve and automate IT processes
• →Manage IT-related matters during office changes
