Key Responsibilities
- →Identify talent that meets specific client requirements
- →Build strong relationships with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders
- →Analyze position requirements based on client specifications
- →Utilize various recruiting strategies to focus on direct sourced candidates
- →Source profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking
- →Use internal database to identify potential candidates and post jobs on portals
- →Call candidates in the US to discuss job openings
- →Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure effective pre-screening
- →Select and qualify candidates based on skill, cultural, and motivational fit
- →Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions
- →Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate pools
Requirements
