About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join Allium, a company building the system of record for onchain finance. This role will maintain a high-fidelity view of revenue performance, remove friction, and anticipate future bottlenecks across our go-to-market motion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the systems owner for Salesforce and adjacent revenue tooling
- →Drive the roadmap for data model, automation and workflow improvements
- →Proactively identify gaps in metric definitions or data quality
- →Build automated pipeline analysis and alerting using Claude and Salesforce
- →Design and implement Chili Piper + Salesforce automations
- →Manage enrichment workflows to ensure high-quality account and lead data
- →Build automated event lead enrichment and routing workflows
- →Lead and execute a Salesforce de-duplication initiative
- →Design, implement, and enforce Revenue Operations policies
- →Translate ambiguous operational questions into clear system behavior
- →Build and maintain a systems roadmap that scales with the company
- →Own the rollout of new revenue tools
- →Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- →Drive cross-functional alignment on systems and process decisions
- →Own full-funnel revenue reporting and dashboards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in revenue operations or revenue systems roles
- ✓Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and CS
- ✓Experience building and communicating a systems roadmap
- ✓Deep experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot
- ✓Deep familiarity with Salesforce Flows
- ✓Familiarity with core marketing operations concepts
- ✓Comfort with data modeling and integrated GTM tools
