About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Data Scientist to join Almedia, a rapidly growing company aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. This hands-on role focuses on applying data science to optimize marketing creatives and user acquisition, directly impacting paid growth performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply data science and statistical methods to analyse and predict the performance of ads and marketing creatives across UA channels.
- →Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests using experimentation and statistical analysis.
- →Build data-driven frameworks to decide which creatives to scale, iterate on, or stop.
- →Use AI and ML tools to support creative scoring, testing, and performance analysis in production.
- →Partner closely with Creative and UA teams to embed data science into creative experimentation workflows.
- →Translate experimental results into clear recommendations for campaign and creative strategy.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience applying data science to A/B testing in marketing, growth, or user acquisition.
- ✓Strong hands-on background in statistical testing, experiment design, and result interpretation.
- ✓Proficiency in Python for data analysis and experimentation workflows.
- ✓Experience working with performance data, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.
- ✓Ability to communicate experiment results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
