About the Role
We are looking for a powerhouse Lead Growth Manager to join Almedia, a rapidly growing company aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. This role involves leading and coaching a high-performing Growth (CSM) team while also closing strategic partnerships with top mobile game publishers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect the GTM Playbook: Build and own a repeatable outbound sales motion, defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows.
- →Lead from the Front: Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration, landing key accounts that serve as market "win stories."
- →Scale & Mentor the Team: Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team, responsible for their KPIs, career growth plans, and day-to-day coaching.
- →Bridge Product & Market: Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering, translating publisher needs into a prioritized backlog.
- →Operational Excellence: Define qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting, providing the CEO with a live view of deal health.
Requirements
- ✓The "Player-Coach" DNA: Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales while managing a team of 2–5 people.
- ✓Pipeline Mastery: Ability to build an outbound engine from scratch, experimenting with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests.
- ✓Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for Monetization and LiveOps leaders.
- ✓High-Stakes Leadership: Experience giving candid feedback, addressing performance early, and keeping remote or multi-geo teams engaged.
- ✓Operational Rigor: Building systems rather than just "doing sales," with a power user of CRM data and pipeline hygiene.
