About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and analytically sharp Growth Marketing Specialist to join our centralized User Acquisition department at Almedia, a rapidly growing company aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. This role focuses on building, managing, and scaling our Affiliate and Partnership channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own & Grow Affiliate Channels: Take full ownership of the Affiliate and Partnership channels, managing the budget, defining strategy, and optimizing partner performance to hit ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets.
- →Negotiate & Manage Relationships: Identify, scout, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliates and strategic partners, utilizing strong negotiation and account management skills.
- →Cross-Channel Flexibility: Support and execute campaigns on other core UA channels (e.g., Paid Social, Search) based on departmental priorities.
- →Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze partner and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and communicate recommendations to the leadership team.
- →Run & Refine Processes: Build, implement, and run efficient operational processes for partner scouting, contracting, tracking, and payment.
Requirements
- ✓Partnership Expertise: A track record of successfully managing and scaling user acquisition efforts through Affiliate, Business Development, or strategic partnership channels.
- ✓Negotiation & Account Management: Proven ability to onboard, manage, and negotiate optimal terms with partners and affiliates.
- ✓Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- ✓Performance Marketing Foundation: Strong understanding of digital marketing and ROI-driven user acquisition, with experience managing significant marketing budgets.
- ✓Hands-on Execution & Adaptability: A history of being a hands-on "doer," comfortable managing daily operational tasks while maintaining a high-level strategic focus.
