About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager (Korea Market) to join Almedia as a versatile, high-impact operator within our Growth team. This role involves operating across the entire commercial spectrum in a fast-scaling startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive revenue by hunting new logos, expanding into new regions, or growing existing accounts
- →Master the product and understand the technical aspects of AdTech, including SDKs, APIs, and monetization data
- →Fix and build processes to improve client onboarding and data tracking
- →Be the market’s voice by providing raw feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓A high motor and comfort with the intensity of a startup environment
- ✓Technical curiosity and ability to discuss LTV, ROAS, and attribution
- ✓Versatility in pitching CEOs, analyzing integration logs, and working with CRM data
- ✓Experience in building projects, teams, or processes
- ✓Sales instincts and experience with cold outreach and negotiations
